I stayed at Rest Up for a week to explore the city. The private shower/wc in the dormitory was good, and the room was quite clean. The location was excellent, with easy walking distance to Big Ben and other attractions. There was a bus in front of the hostel that took me to the heart of the city. The breakfast was excellent and at a fair price. The staff were friendly, and there were local shops and places to eat nearby.
Would recommend this hotel.

The lobby was clean and there were some power outlets. You can use your laptop there.
The bed room and shower rooms were dirty. A shower room's door was broken and I couldn't control water temperature. No power outlet was equipped in a bed room.

Conveniently located, it was easy to explore all the major tourist attractions in the city using the nearby tube and bus stops. The friendly English guy at the hostel was helpful , making me feel welcome and answering all my questions. I appreciated his positive attitude and assistance.

Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Nice layout and handy to have a cafe onsite. Only 5 mins walk to tube station.
The room hadn't been swept before we arrived. It had a shower but no toilet - had to use the shared facilities. And was very hot inside the whole building. The beds are hard, uncomfortable mattresses.

Great value for money! Conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation and grocery stores. the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast.
Lack of storage space in the rooms and the bathroom. European plug adapters were not provided.

Staffs are very friendly and always try their best to solve the guest's problems. The design of the commonplace is good. Trendy and brand new.
Wifi: sometimes even you connected to the network but it doesn't work. Shower: It is too strong for the water, also you cannot control the direction of the shower head, and it will easily make your clothes get wet. Room: no personal locker in the rooms, must pay much attendtion for the belongings when you go to toilet/bath if you are solo-traveller. (the hostel only provide one-time use eletronic locker, need pay for sure)

Great value for an en suite two person private room. The staff were very efficient and friendly, dealing with everyone politely in a busy environment. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, good shower, and all corridors and hallways were very clean. The huge, enormous, and beautiful tiled room was warm and cozy. The hostel had cameras everywhere in the corridors, made me feel safe. The outside gate was locked, adding an extra layer of security. The food in the bar downstairs was affordable and good. I highly recommend this hostel.
